Designing your dream home theaterOur number one goal is to design your dream home theater in Washington, DC Metro Area. We will help you select a TV or projector that will be the best solution for your home or office. We can help you select the finest speakers and we will install them in the correct locations to produce surround sound that will make you feel like you are at the movies. We will help you select an audio and video receiver that will integrate the best with all of your home theater equipment. Also, we can provide expertise on furniture placement for the best audio and video. If you currently work with a contractor or interior designer, we will integrate their design plans with ours to produce the home theater of your dreams.
Hanging your new or existing plasma or LCD TVsWe can hang your new or existing plasma or LCD TV on your wall, above your fireplace, or even in the corner of a room. You may think this is easy to do yourself, but it is very important that you have an experienced professional hang your TV for a number of reasons. Many home owners’ insurance companies will not cover your losses if you do any damage to your home while hanging the TV or if the TV happens to fall off the wall after you have already hung it. Also, you may not know this, but most TV manufacturers will not honor your manufacture warranty if you hang the TV yourself.
Installing new or existing audio/video home theater equipmentIf you already own your TV or home theater equipment, or if you decide to purchase home theater products from another company, we are more than happy to offer our expert installation services to you and meet your desired audio/video needs. Retro fitting new wires in your home or office to your desired locationWe can run new wires through your home or office, including speaker, audio, Cable/Satellite, and CAT5 wires. If we need to run new lines through your home or office and we need to make access holes, we specialize in our own patch so we will fill all the holes we have made. Have no fear, the holes are not visible when your Home Theater, TV Mount, or Re-Wire is completely installed.
PatchingWe do our own patching if we have to make any access holes to run new wires through your house or office. Generally, we have found that most home theater companies do not provide this service, which leaves you with many holes to be patched by a drywall company. This could cost you between $100 to $200 per patch. We included this as part of your installation at no additional cost.
Pre wiring your home or office for speakers, TV's and projectorsIf your home, office, or basement has not been built yet, we strongly recommend getting these places pre-wired for speakers, video lines for TVs or projectors, and data cables like CAT5, before your drywall is installed. This will save you a lot of money, time, and headaches in the future. We recommend this to all of our customers, even if you do not think you will install speakers throughout your house, or hang a plasma or LCD TV above your fire place, because we know that having this option increases the value of your home or office for future resale. |
